Citizenship
[edit]One must be a US citizen to work at NASA. Is she a Colombian citizen as the article states or has she already gotten US citizenship? DHN (talk) 23:04, 14 March 2021 (UTC)
Sorry, I am a British citizen. But we all have baggage. Love you all ❤️😎 DaveMellor (talk) 19:13, 26 July 2021 (UTC)

I'm waiting for Perseverance. It is so exciting ❤️😎 DaveMellor (talk) 19:15, 26 July 2021 (UTC)

This is an excellent question, but it does seem clear that absent some sort of special privilege granted by the US gov't, it should be inferred that Trujillo is a US citizen. Believe she is married to a US citizen as well, which would facilitate that process, no? 68.43.13.102 (talk) 14:47, 30 September 2022 (UTC)
Conflicting info
[edit]The article stated that she attended an accredited bilingual (English and Spanish) primary school, which appears to cost a hefty amount of money. Yet another source stated that she arrived to the US with $300 with no knowledge of English. DHN (talk) 23:40, 14 March 2021 (UTC)
Science
[edit]I am full of admiration for your work. I am a very old computer scientist (I worked with paper tape in the old days). I just want to wish you the best because space might be the saving of the human race. Love to you and your family. From an old man in Finsbury Park, London ❤️ DaveMellor (talk) 19:11, 26 July 2021 (UTC)
Date of Birth
[edit]The opening paragraph claims she was born in 1983, but immediately afterwards, it changes to 1980; the latter is in agreement with the other sources I can find. In addition, both figures share a citation, which, as far as I can see without owning the book, claims it is the former.
If anyone has more reliable data, whichever figure is false should be corrected. Arayaz (talk) 13:35, 12 March 2024 (UTC)
